30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Refund Email us at topjimmythe1@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please include photos. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items Digital products and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
